Alejandro was absolutely essential in the purchase of our second home. We were skeptical about going through this process again due to the stressful experience we had the first time. He fought for us during the entire process and got us a wonderful deal on a beautiful home. He followed up with the Sellers’ agent, the mortgage lender and the title company from start to finish. He was on top of everything that was taking place throughout the entire purchase. Since we live out of state, he gave us access to the network of construction professionals at his disposal and even walked them through the home dozens of times to get us estimates on renovations! Alejandro handled himself professionally, even in the most stressful moments, but at all times proved to be more than just a realtor and more like a part of the family. He is personable, extremely intelligent and very communicative, keeping us up to date on a day-to-day basis. I know for a fact that we would not be owners of a gorgeous home in South Florida at this time if it wasn’t for the way he amazingly handled this for us. To put it succinctly, he made it possible to close in 15 days! The easiest home purchase I’ve ever heard of! I can’t possibly express in words how thankful we are for all his help and I could not recommend a better person for your real estate needs.
